Steve Renshaw worked closely with developer Lateral Property to deliver the mixed-use development of a locally listed Asset of Community Value pub – The Fox in Palmers Green. The proposals transformed a run down pub and under-utilised site to provide a refurbished and improved pub, a Pure Gym and 54 apartments. The project involved detailed engagement with an active local community to ensure that the proposals delivered the required number of new homes whilst protecting the locally listed and Asset of Community Value status of the pub.
