Steve Renshaw and Dan Brown have collectively secured planning permission for over 50 foodstore developments across the country acting on behalf of developers, landowners and occupiers. This has also included managing the delivery of new foodstore planning permissions across the UK and in the north in particular for Aldi stores over 15 years. This has involved preparing planning applications with accompanying sequential and impact assessments along with managing and supporting stakeholder engagement processes to maximise the prospects of securing planning permission.
