Steve Renshaw has secured planning permission for a number of foodstore developments across the country acting on behalf of developers, landowners and occupiers. This has also included managing the delivery of new foodstore planning permissions across part of the north-west for Aldi stores over a number of years. This has involved preparing planning applications with accompanying sequential and impact assessments along with managing and supporting stakeholder engagement processes to maximise the prospects of securing planning permission.
