Acting on behalf of Maple Grove Developments and Onward Homes, Dan secured planning permission in April 2024 for the expansion of Hattersley District Centre in the form of a 5,300 sq. m mixed-use commercial scheme on land which has been vacant for over 14 years. The proposed development comprises a new Aldi discount foodstore, Costa Coffee drive-through, a terrace of eight employment units, and an EV charging hub for 16 cars.
