Profectus have acted as retained planning advisor for Braehead Shopping Centre in Renfrewshire, South Glasgow on behalf of previous asset managers Pradera Lateral. Profectus have provided strategic planning and policy advice along with the preparation of planning applications in support of the ongoing asset management and improvement of the centre. Profectus has also assisted latest asset managers of the centre Global Mutual in respect of development proposals for parts of the centre.
