Profectus is appointed as retained planning advisor for Lakeside Shopping Centre in Thurrock, Essex which is the largest shopping centre in the East of England. Profectus provides strategic planning and policy advice along with the preparation of planning applications in support of the ongoing asset management and improvement of the centre. Profectus is also assisting the assets managers of the centre Pradera Lateral in working up exciting development proposals for parts of the centre.
