Profectus is appointed as retained planning advisor for the Victoria Centre, the most visited shopping centre in the East Midlands. Profectus provides strategic planning and policy advice along with the preparation of planning applications in support of the ongoing asset management and improvement of the centre. Profectus is also assisting the assets managers of the centre Pradera Lateral in working up exciting development proposals for parts of the centre.
