Profectus has secured planning permission for and supported the preparation of planning applications for a number of padel court facilities across the UK on behalf of landowners, operators and working with other consultants. This includes proposals in Glasgow, Sunderland, Thurrock, Chester and Ellesmere Port.
Our work in supporting other consultants has included the preparation of standalone impact and sequential assessments as required by the relevant town centre policies of national guidance and Local Plans.
